Recondition details of manzoni 750 ton press

Works to be done:

1. All bush bearing of main shaft to be checked as per tolerances

2. Bearings in flywheel to be checked as per tolerances

3. Clutch & brake functioning & friction liners to be changed

4. U-seals, ‘o’ rings to be changed in whole assembly.

5. Motor mounting, belt to be checked.

1. Slide:

A) slide gibs / liners to be checked as per tolerances

B) slide pnu. Balancer seals to be changed.

2. All pneumatic pipeline alongwith air tanks to be provided.

3. Complete lubrication system to be provided

4. Electricals:

A) new wiring fitting

B) new control panel to be provided

C) motor will be provided as per indian voltage.

D) plc control to be provided with 7 inch touchscreen hmi.

E) with encoder

F) table adjustment to be done motorized

5. Alignment

A) machine will be inspected under jis grade ii.

6. Repainting of above machine
